The Sovereign State of Hikarima β officially titled the Land of the Eternal Dawn β is a crowned republic governed under a balanced system of sovereign leadership and democratic representation. The name Hikari (light, illumination) and Ma (space, interval, balance) together embody the nation's spirit: a bridge between tradition and progress.
